Friday aft. lunch

Dear Dad, and Mom;

Got your letter today. I checked the bus schedule a couple days ago (and got the few things I needed). A bus leaves daily at 6:45 AM to Sunbury Pa. (arriving at 8:05 AM) where it leaves at 8:20 A.M. to arrive in Baltimore (Md.) 11:55 AM. There I would get off the Greyhound bus and go to the Trailways terminal. Leaving at 1:15 PM and arriving in Westminster Md 2:05 PM.

I didn't even think of asking the price of a ticket while I was there (as when I got back and told Dave that I had been the the bus station and all, he asked me how much it would cost). I'm fairly sure that it couldn't be much more than $20. if even that much which doesn't seem likely anyway (for it to be $20.). I have more than that in my possession (almost $30 in fact). [I remember that the ticket from Norfolk to Baltimore only cost around 22-24 dollars.]

I will let you know if I go below $20. in the time from now until I'm sure of a way home.

If I was to take the bus I would have to wait until Wednesday morning because of my one and only class on Tuesday and chapel and work.

I[f] you come to pick me up the time you designated is right, fine, or whatever (suitable,? maybe for me).

If our English teacher has us come to class the 24th I will be out by 7:15 as I probably already told you since I would be going to the early session. We will most likely have class. It is always up to us whether to come or not. He gets paid for it as he says so he will be there.

I still haven't asked Frank about a ride. He will most likely leave at a time inconvenient to me (being that he wouldn't want to wait till the evening to leave) and may have other plans anyway.

I better get ready and go to Math.

Love,

Mike
