Washed.  Stopping at Gibbons, Pennifields' & Disneys & Eichelbergers with Mildred.  Robt & Peggy made trip to Bowie Bank to renew Lanham Church's note for $1000.

Nap.  Called on Grace Kelbaugh in Sibley Hospital & brought Aunt Nell & Cousin Marion out from Hotel Harrington to Lanham for supper.  M. & I took them back in the evening.

Bobby has a new blue suit with red trimmings. M. asked him, "Do you belong to the Navy or to the Marine." "No! I'm from W. RC, Washington," he answered with a touch of indignation.
