Dear Mom and Dad, 4-8-74
It has been a rather depressing Monday weather-wise. Though the snow (yes snow) looked nice it is dark out and wet. Besides I have an Organic test Wednesday.
This morning was not quite as bad. In sensory we paired up and took turns being blind folded walking around campus. It was not as bad as I thought it might be. Once one gets used to it it seems rather simple. The person leading you around can even let go. It becomes a different world. That was before the snow.
Nothing exciting going on around here. Maybe I'll cheer up before long. I usually do after Tues or Wednesday.
Reuben shown up yet?
I was reading Babi Yar. Finished it this weekend. All these depressing things. There's hope too. Henry Aaron just hit 715!

Snowing again today. Snow forcast for next day or two. Got your letter saying that Reuben is still missing. I could use 2 or 3, 2¢ stamps or one or two more 10¢ stamps.
I had a hard time getting my watch going this morning. I had it off most yesterday and all night last night so it was pretty much run down I guess.
I started getting ready to check out of chemistry lab this morning. Cleaned up some of the glassware and checked to see that all the equipment was there. Next week is checkout.
We have a short sensory lab this afternoon to talk about our experiences with being blind folded yesterday.
Then after that I can get to seriously studying for my organic test. I hope I can manage to do as well as I've done on the last two. I'm glad you're pulling for me.
That's right! Easter is coming up Sunday! Happy Easter!
Love,
Mike
