of the heavenly hosts & was positioned above the organ with the pipes & he was scared. The lady with the children told him God was with them & he said, "Where? I don't see Him." We went to their apartment for dinner once & I can remember her Mrs. Leitch saying that we always had to be ready for Jesus' coming,again. I had never heard this before! It kind of caught me off guard - like what's she talking about? But I went home & opened the Bible & there it was!! plain as day!It was real to her and I marveled to hear it coming from her and it stirred something within me. I've got to find out more about this.Why haven't I heard this before!!!Then the last year we were there we had a lenten study and looked into Jesus' life leading up to the resurrection. It became quite real to me & when we finished with the resurrection I felt I was left hanging - what's next? I wanted to go on from there yet, but the next Sunday School lesson was back to the OT where it was "safe." Nobody seems to want to go beyond the resurrection of Jesus. Well, the Lord again heard the desire of my heart and took us outside the city. But before we get there - there were two interesting ladies in the Bible study - Mrs. Mabe & Mrs. Tolliver. Mrs. Mabe was white & from the hills of Tennessee. Her husband wasn't the greatest & Mac kind of helped her get the divorce & she got herself off welfare by training for a job Mac says that one night while he was driving her home he just felt the presence of the Lord with him. Mrs. Tolliver was black & a neat addition to our study group. A real honest person.
