The melting of the snow arrested by a change of temperature.

Stopped at store on way home from Hyattsville.  

Conducted funeral of Mr. Coale at Hillmeade at 11:30 & went to burial at Mt. Calvary M.E. south on Marlboro Pike, doing about 55 mi. in all & not even a "thank you" afterwards.  

Back to warm up before going to Hyattsville to get the children.

A short call at Gibbons to talk over with Mrs. Gibbons her efforts to get the girls of her class to join the church.  

Took M. to Blythes & also to Garners in the evening.
