Dear Mom and Dad, 3-13-73 Tues.
I hope you did very well on your sociology test, Dad.
I enjoyed very much being home.
Please transfer $20.00 from my savings account to my checking account. I'd appreciate it. My bank books are on my bureau. I need the money for the registration fee for the Medical College Admission Test. In the meantime I'll have to get a recent "2x2" photograph of my self (also a requirement for registration).
Dr. Turner (my pre-medical school advisor) suggested I include George Washington, Georgetown, and possibly Johns Hopkins among the schools I'll be applying to.
I "finally" did pretty good on a test. I got a 98 on my Physics test. Now I'm convinced it was a simple test--the professor even said so ["too easy"]. The class average was high (about 78).
I had a chemistry lab that took longer to prepare for than I thought it would. I twas a qualitative analysis scheme and [I] was up till 12:30 last night and up at 5:00 this morning working on it. I found out in lab that more than half of the write up is due Friday. That was a break because I was the last one out of the lab anyway./ Goodnight.
Love,
Mike
