Dear Mom and Dad,               Fri. [25 May 1973]

I have one more stamp left. I haven't had so much time to use it this last week, but its all over now. The letter might not make it before I do though. I've got an A in the course. We just had an optional test last night and I didn't take it because I did well on the first test.

Your letter came today, Mom.

It was good to hear from you, Dad, in the letter before.

I hope the rain lets up some at home. Its been beautiful here. We've had ideal weather. Some days better than others but one can't have everyday perfect. No rain would be even worse since the rain is the only source of supply of fresh water.

Its been really fun here.

Dr. Sherbine leaves this afternoon. We had a party last night at his cottage. We had steamed clams. Macrocallista the calico(? sp) clam. It was fun diving for the clams (we collected them ourselves).

The shells are pretty too; shiny, smooth, and checkerboard like pattern of white and light brown.

Well I better get going. I have to take my bike into St. George's to get a semi flat tire fixed.

Hope all is well at home.

Love,

Mike
