Hey! I shaved off my beard. So what. I just thought I'd let you know.

I'd sure like to get into Med. school at U. of Md. I hope I find out soon. I should do pretty well this semester. No less than a B in either course. Possible As in both. There isn't much left - just a couple (two) Final Exams then graduation.

All the ceremony seems like a lot of hassel -- and it should be an honor? What I have learned ^{(academically)} here is inconsequential as far as I can see. Otherwise it will have been an experience that I will remember for some time especially Bermuda. Such memories mustn't be dwelled upon though: neither should earth. It's a beautiful place, but its God's creation not man's. Man is too willful a creature to be apart from God.
